I made and order and bought new Dedi (doesn’t matter who’s the supplier). Setup was about 3 working days and I bought billed immediately. So, mainly 3 days I couldn’t use Dedi, however they charged me for that.
It it regular for suppliers to begin billing the service, which isn’t up and working? There was no setup charges.
I didn’t create billing ticket but. Simply wished to know what’s the “norm” between suppliers.
