Amsterdam is not near Buffalo and I do not see the button that’s talked about.

I opened a help ticket on 07/29/2022 (19:06) … and have but to obtain a response, as of August ninth, 0427 CST (not sure what time zone is used on the ticket).

Anybody know the wait time for these tickets or having comparable issues? (ah, nm, I see that different thread now, lol)
