VPS supplier in Europe for Openmediavault OMV

Hello,
is it smart to have put in Openmediavault on a VPS (from privateness and safety perspective)?
If sure, do you have got a robust advice for a sure VPS supplier? Ideally Europe (Germany) – only for pace.
I will be needing at the least 512 GB Laborious drive. Finances: 5-7 Euros/month.
I do know there are the Storage bins from Hetzner, however I believed OMV provides somewhat greater than backups and it may very well be enjoyable to experiment somewhat with it.
I used to be buyvm in Luxembourg, however they’re virtually at all times out of inventory…
